Beet salad and herring
Instructions
Peel the turnips and apples and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
Put soaked herring into the milk and let it stand for about an hour, then drain and cut it into strips.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt with dill, pour it on the ingredients and mix well.
The salad will be a delicate pink.
Put in refrigerator and serve cool.

- 2 boiled beetroot
- 2 apples granny smith
- 1 thread of kippers
- 1 jar of thick yoghurt (straghisto)
- Fresh dill
- Milk
