Cooked beet prepares in a jiffy a delicious salad, drizzled with a mayonnaise that you mixed Basil flowers shelled; in this case, choose quality 2 Purple (color of beet tuned crush): ocimum basilicum dark opal, purple leaves, and Thai basil, which has green leaves and pale lilac flowers with touches of purple.

To get the pink puree, prepared a mashed potatoes as usual, replacing a portion of milk with beet juice: about 10 cl of juice for 500 g of mashed.
