Roman chamomile infusion, meadowsweet, melissa and fennel seeds
Instructions
Leave to infuse in boiling water all herbs for 5 minutes, then strain and consumed without sweetening.
The infusion is very useful to facilitate digestion after meals.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 250 g of non-sparkling mineral water
- 5 g of roman chamomile
- 5 g of meadowsweet
- 5 g of melissa
- 5 g of fennel seeds
- 5 g of licorice root
