Walnut noodles with roast pork
Instructions
The noodles should be fresh: for the sauce will coat the roast.
Prepare the roast.
When thoroughly cooked, remove it from the Pan and place it on a cutting board.
When it is cold, cut it into thin slices.
In pan with hot sauce add a handful of chopped walnuts so thin and 100 g cream, without mixing.
Put the Pan in the oven to Brown until you form a slight crust (about 5 minutes).
With a little bit of this sauce drizzle the noodles, adding some butter.
If the Pan remained little sauce, add nuts, a bit of butter and cream and put in the oven.
Add a time roast slices so that the sauce bathing the two sides of the slice.
Put in the oven for a few minutes the pan covered with aluminum foil.

- Type pasta noodles
- 1000 g of pork loin
- 100 g of walnut kernels
- 100 g of cooking cream
- Butter
- Herbs (sage, rosemary, 1 bay leaf)
