Walnut Liqueur (Liquore di Mallo di Noce)
Instructions
First of all, cut the coconuts in half and discard the mucilaginous.
Pounded the hull in a mortar.
Do not use containers and utensils that can spoil and protect your hands with rubber gloves, because hull stains are very difficult to remove.
Let macerate in alcohol cut and pounded walnuts, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon zest.
After 1 month, strain the mixture and carefully add the sugar dissolved in cold water.
Blended and bottled by closing the bottles with Cork and sealing wax.
Let age for at least 6 months, leaving the liquor in a dry and dark place.
