Whole-wheat noodles baked tomatoes
Instructions
Make a chopped very fine with 10 leaves of basil, oregano, garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil.
Halve the tomatoes and place them on the bottom of a baking dish; cover with chopped and the remaining oil.
Place in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Boil the pasta and fold in tomatoes dish combining grated ricotta.

- 400 g of fresh tagliolini type semintegrali pasta
- 800 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh curly-leaf basil
- Fresh oregano
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 4 tablespoons of grated ricotta salata
- Sea salt
