Whole wheat bread with fruit
Instructions
In a baking dish bake apples cut into thin slices and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
Withdrawn from heat, remove half of the apples, draw the rest on the bottom of the baking dish and above have a layer of wholemeal bread lightly toasted; cover with Apples put aside and finished with another layer of bread.
Beat the eggs with sugar, dilute the mixture with the milk and let it thicken sweet flame stirring.
Pour the cream over the cake and bake at 170 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

- 200 g of wholemeal bread
- 2 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 powdery apples
- 25 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
