Whole-wheat spaghetti with zucchini sauce
Instructions
For the noodles: cut the cheese into small pieces and melt in a pan over low heat.
Select the courgettes, wash them and cut them into rings.
Chop the onion and FRY in oil in a large skillet, combine the zucchini and toss for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan of Zucchini.
Combine the cream cheese, sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg.
To serve: stir the spaghetti by adding the chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 280 g of pasta spaghetti type integrals
- 3 zucchini
- 100 g of fontina cheese, gruyere cheese and taleggio cheese magro
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
