Whimsical tagliolini
Instructions
In a pan, heat oil and Brown garlic; Next, add the chilli, parsley, capers (chopped), and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, scalded the tagliolini in salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Stir quickly all by adding the mozzarella cheese (drained and cut into thin strips) and serve warm immediately and streamers.
Tip: to make it even more appetizing tagliolini, you could add to it some curl of anchovy paste.
Caution: keep the cooking water.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 200 g of mozzarella di bufala
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Chopped parsley
- 1 chili
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
