Whimsical skewers
Instructions
Take 4 wooden skewers.
Thread on skewers, alternating, bread, ham and mozzarella.
Align the skewers on a baking tray greased with butter and browned in the oven.
Pound in a mortar the butter with anchovy desalted fillets and a pinch of pepper, then pass through a sieve.
Serve the skewers warm well with anchovy butter.

- 12 slices of mozzarella
- 16 slices stale bread
- 12 slices of ham
- 100 g of butter
- 40 g of anchovy fillets
- 1 pinch of pepper
