Whimsical tuna nuggets
Instructions
Mix tuna, drained from the oil, with the shredded mushrooms, chopped, finely chopped parsley, egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of cream.
Season with salt and pepper and Spice everything with 1 pinch sweet paprika.
Mount the two egg whites until foamy and incorporate them to the mixture, stirring gently.
Grease the pastry mould and fill with tuna mixture.
Fill half a rectangular pan with high edges of the water and put in the machine.
Put the Pan in the oven and Cook, moderatissimo focus, for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and churn out the pieces.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon of ketchup sauce and chopped parsley.
The pieces can be served both hot and cold

- 250 g of tuna
- 1 chopped onion
- 50 g of shredded mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup
