Walnut Sauce (Salsa di Noci)
Instructions
Blending 500 g of shelled walnuts along with a nice bunch of finely chopped Basil.
Do you melt down about 50 g of butter in a pan, aluminum, possibly pouring the mixture and cook for a few minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
Add a little tomato sauce to give it a pinkish and 2 packages of cream.
Do simmer very slow focus and turn off.
Season the pasta and sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan.

- 2 bottles of cooking cream
