Instructions
Slightly scald the kernels of nuts and Peel.
Crush them in a mortar with water-soaked crumb and squeezed (prevents the nuts to take a bitter taste) pine nuts, garlic and salt.
Crush everything together and work the mixture until you get a homogeneous paste, pass through a sieve and pick it up in a bowl.
Join, to dilute it, the curdled milk mingled with oil.
Serve as a condiment for pasta, especially for seasoning the panzarotti (herb ravioli).

- 500 g of nuts
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil mild flavor
- Breadcrumbs
- Curdled milk
- Salt
