Linguine with artichokes (2)
Instructions
Mince the shallots, garlic and parsley and saute them in a little oil.
Clean the artichokes, cut into very thin slices and add them to the sauce.
Wet with white wine and cook on medium flame.
Add salt, leave on the fire for about 20 minutes, adding, if needed, a little water.
Cook linguine in boiling salted water, season with artichoke sauce and finished with a sprinkling of Parmesan.

- 320 g of type pasta linguine
- 6 artichokes
- 4 shallots
- 1 glass white wine
- Sprinkling 1 of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of olive oil
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Salt
