Linguine with artichokes
Instructions
Peel and slice the artichokes.
Cook for 20 minutes in a little oil and butter, adding a few tablespoons of water and a little salt.
Crush the kernels with the softened bread crumbs in milk and well squeezed.
Combine the mixture with artichokes and mix, keep on the fire for a few minutes.
Drain the pasta al dente, season it with a knob of butter and then with the sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 3 artichokes
- 70 g of walnut kernels
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt
