Linguine with asparagus
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the almonds.
Brown to moderate heat.
Remove the meat from the Pan and put them aside.
The same butter pour the asparagus tips, combine 3 tablespoons of hot water, cover and cook over a moderate heat.
Add salt, pepper, put the almonds in a pan and put the fire out.
Boil linguine, drain and add to the Pan, turn the heat and toss with the dressing.
Combine the Parmesan cheese and serve.

- 300 g of asparagus tips
- 380 g of type pasta linguine
- 60 g of butter
- 60 g almond of fillet
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
