Beat for a long time, preferably with the electric mixer, the juice of the lemons, before filtered to colander with sugar.
Add two tablespoons of lemon syrup, Apple peeled and grated, milk and mix thoroughly.
Finally incorporated very gently whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker for 20 minutes and serve in bowls.
