Lemon Ice cream (2)
Instructions
Put sugar in 30 cl water with a little Mint and melt over low heat, boil it and filter it.
Add the zest of 2 lemons and lime finely grated and the juice of citrus fruits.
Allow to cool.
Pour the mixture in a metal pan, cover with aluminum foil and keep in the freezer for 1 hour.
Blend ice cream with yoghurt and cream until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Serve decorated with strawberries.

- 3 large lemons
- 1 lime
- 180 g of sugar
- Fresh mint
- 150 g of whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of thick white yoghurt
