Gazpacho of segovia
Instructions
Combine in a bowl with 4 crushed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon pepper, salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoons chopped basil, mix well and add 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 2 tablespoons fresh white bread crumbs, finely chopped 1 onion, peeled and chopped cucumber 2 .
1 sweet red pepper, peeled and stripped of seeds.
Stretch it all with 4 cups of cold water and the pulp of ripe tomatoes 5.
Stir well and serve frozen.
