Instructions
Soak the bread in water for 30 minutes.
Wring it out and put it in the blender with peeled tomatoes and pepper into pieces.
Blend.
Add oil, vinegar and salt and blend again.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and keep in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Chop the hard-boiled egg, Peel the cucumber and slice it very thinly, cut the celery slices, remove from the fridge the tureen, sprinkle the gazpacho with these ingredients and serve cold.
