Gatò di patate
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel and pass through.
While they are still warm, season with the melted butter, light flame, parmesan, egg yolks and egg whites, salt and pepper.
In a buttered baking dish, place half the mixture, put over the mozzarella, cut into slices, cover with the remaining mixture and bake in oven at medium heat 40 minutes.
Served warm.

- 1000 g of powdery potato
- 80 g of butter
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 mozzarella grande
- Salt
- Pepper
