Gateau di patate of Enza
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, peel them and reduce them in mashed with a potato masher or wooden spoon with a fork. Chop the mozzarella with ham and combine them with mashed potatoes. Add eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder and mix well.
Grease a baking sheet and dust sides with breadcrumbs. Create a layer with the mixture of potatoes and sprinkle of Parmesan; continue with this process with other layers, until the mixture is finished. Sprinkle the last layer of breadcrumbs along a few butter flakes. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Pass the gateau di patate al grill for 5 minutes before serving.

- 150 grams of grated Parmesan
