Omelette in breadcrumbs
Instructions
Put the breadcrumbs soaked in milk and then add the mixture to the beaten eggs and flavored with grated Parmesan, two pinches of salt and pepper.
In a pan melt the butter and bake the frittata in classic mode: must be browned on both sides.
Served this delicate hot preparation.

- 4 eggs
- 80 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass of milk
- 30 g of butter
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
