Watermelon frappe
Instructions
Remove the seeds from the melon and put the flesh in a blender with vanilla sugar and the orange juice.
Blend for a few seconds.
Fill 4 tall glasses with the blended leaving 2 cm.
Cover the frappé with ice cream and garnish with the almonds.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of very cool watermelon
- 4 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- 4 teaspoons of fillet roasted almonds
- 8 tablespoons of orange juice
- 300 g of strawberry ice cream
