Watermelon cups
Instructions
Remove the seeds from watermelon and pass in the mixer 700 g keeping aside the rest.
Place in a saucepan with the sugar, starch and vanillin.
Cook over low heat, stirring, and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and cool.
Cut into the flesh of the melon balls and watermelon remained.
Coarsely grate the chocolate and add to the mixture along with watermelon balls.
Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

- 1000 g of watermelon pulp
- 1 honeydew melon
- 150 g of sugar
- 80 g of corn starch
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 20 g of cinnamon
- 150 g of chocolate
