Instructions
Slowly pour the lemon juice into warm milk mixing it continuously until it curdled.
Strain the curd through a strainer or gauze thick and place it in a bowl stemperandovi baking powder; Add two tablespoons of oil, the flour, the egg, salt, pepper and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
Knead with water till you get a good consistency.
Accommodate the dough in an oiled baking dish and bake in hot oven for 40 minutes.

- 10 g of brewer's yeast
- 200 cl of milk
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 egg
- Sprinkling 1 of parmigiano
