Instructions
Cut the liver into strips and soaked in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Clean the skin by depriving them figs and cut them into wedges.
To wither in the thinly sliced onion oil; Add the figs and the liver well drained; Add salt and let simmer for 3 minutes lively mixing, add the grated lemon rind and ground pepper.
