Ricotta dessert
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta and Nutella until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Soon after, add the candied orange peel, cut into thin strips and mix.
Meanwhile, prepare 4 dessert bowls and pour the mixture into each.
Leave them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving in guarnitele table with other Orange rind.
Trick: draw them out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.

- 250 g of fresh ricotta (double cream)
- 4 tablespoons of nutella
- 80 g of candied orange peel
