Ricotta Cups (Coppette di Ricotta)
Instructions
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Stir in the ricotta sieved, the yoghurt and the cocoa.
Distribute the cream into bowls, garnish with the candied fruit, chopped nuts walnuts and cherries.
Keep in refrigerator before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of ricotta
- 125 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 20 g of mixed candied fruit
- 2 tablespoons of whole yoghurt
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin
- Some of walnut kernels
- Candied cherries
