Watercress cream (2)
Instructions
Combine chopped onions in pot 2, 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges and two large handfuls of watercress washed away the stalks harder and well washed.
Cover with 1 liter of water and bring to a boil, add salt and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Pass it through a sieve and return to the fire.
When it is about to boil, season with 6 tablespoons of cream and garnish with fresh watercress leaves.
Serve hot.

- 2 chopped onion

- 100 cl of water
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- Some leaves of fresh cress
