Wine-Flavoured Custard Cups
Instructions
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour and vanillin.
Dilute, little by little, with the wine moscato and, always banging with the whip, bring to simmer, remove from heat, let cool, then mix in the cream, lightly whipped.
Combine chopped cookies and pour the cream in cups.
Garnish with candied fruits and place in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.

- 2 cups of muscat wine
