Wine-Flavoured Ice Cream with Cherries
Instructions
Wash the cherries, dry and remove stem and core.
Place in a saucepan with wine, sugar, cloves and lemon peel.
Brings to a boil, Cook for 5 minutes, then down the cherries with the skimmer.
