Onion soup
Instructions
In a pan with plenty of oil left to gild a clove of garlic, a delete.
Add the spring onions Peel and cut into thin slices.
FRY for 5 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the grated cheese and a dollop of minced parsley, salt and pepper.
