Viennese chocolate
Instructions
Beat the cream until it is mounted.
Chop the chocolate and put it in a small saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water.
Let it melt in a Bain-Marie.
Meanwhile, bring milk to a boil, then limit diluted chocolate with the boiling milk, and slowly pour the mixture over the yolks shelled into a bowl.
Put everything in the pot and bring the pan on low heat, thicken the chocolate without ceasing to stir.
Suddividetela in cups and cover it with whipped cream.
Serve immediately.

- 50 cl of milk
- 10 cl of whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
