Waffles
Instructions
Take 125 g flour, water, yeast and a little take a soft dough.
Mix the rest of the flour with the melted butter, cinnamon and eggs.
Combining the compounds formed a 2 ball, cut it into large pieces, roll them up and place them on a floured table, letting them sit for 30 minutes.
Grease with oil, a mold for waffles and put inside a piece of pasta.
Cook on each side.
Serve waffles spolverandole with refined sugar and ground cinnamon.
