Instructions
Whip the butter at room temperature, add sugar, grated lemon rind, salt and mix everything.
Add the eggs one after the other and stir until the sugar has melted.
Stir together the flour, potato flour and baking powder and add to the mass of eggs, butter and sugar.
Heat the appliance for cooking waffeln and ungetelo.
Pour a tablespoon of mixture on the plate and wait until it turns golden brown.
The doses indicated allow you to prepare approximately 24 waffeln.

I am very good with applesauce, vanilla sauce (vanilla pudding with a generous dash of white wine) and with lots of sugar and cinnamon.
