White chocolate donut
Instructions
Work with sugar, oil and eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder and milk. Coarsely chop 100 g of chocolate and incorporate it to the mixture, then pour into a buttered Cake mould and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs. Bake at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
When the cake is cold and removed from the mold, melt in the microwave or in a double boiler the remaining chocolate, then pour it onto the surface of the donut.

- 100 g sugar
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- a sachet baking powder
- 200 g white chocolate
