White chocolate flan and red fruit sauce
Instructions
2_17361 WHITE CHOCOLATE FLAN and RED FRUIT SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 litre of whipping cream, chocolate, 2 5 egg yolks, 100 g of sugar.
For the red fruit sauce: 100 g of strawberries, raspberries 100 g, 100 g sugar, kirsch.
Heat the cream and when it starts to boil, pick it up from the heat and add the chopped chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the egg yolks with sugar and add the cream, stirring continuously.
Pour into a mold to flan, caramelized previously, and cook in the oven in a Bain-Marie until the flan has solidified.
Sfornatelo when it is cold and serve with the red fruit sauce.
Red fruit sauce: put in a saucepan on the heat the sugar, 100 ml water and kirsch and cook for a few minutes; Add the fruits and let simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Pass the sauce through a food mill, then through a strainer to remove the seeds.
Serve the flan with red fruit sauce.
