Glazed baby carrots
Instructions
Clean and peel the carrots, leaving a piece of stem attached.
In a saucepan, then heat the butter with the sugar and salt, add the carrots and cook them for a few moments, rigirandole continuously with a wooden spoon, then pour the meat broth.
Cook uncovered container until the carrots are soft and covered with a glossy layer; the cooking liquid must be consumed almost completely.

- 20 g of butter
- 10 g of sugar
- Salt
- 12 cl of meat broth
