Glazed apples
Instructions
Prepare a syrup with 2 cups of sugar and 3/4 cup of water.
Spice it with a spoonful of grated lemon peel and cook in apples, peeled and sliced thin, for 2 hours, sweet flame, without ever scramble.
Pour this into a mold of anointed oil and allow to cool.
Unmold on serving dish, put arround with vanilla cream ice cream and decorate with candied fruit.

- 2 cups of sugar
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of grated lemon rind
- 1000 g of apples
