Glazed carrots (2)
Instructions
Scrape the carrots, wash them and cut them into rings.
Wash the lemon, dry it and grate the Peel.
Cut it in half and squeeze it.
In a nonstick saucepan, place carrots, add the grated lemon rind and juice, the nut, sugar and butter.
Add salt and pepper and cover with water, then boil with lid.
Simmer until carrots are tender.
At this point add the beans and stir gently.
Put the mixture on a platter, garnish with parsley and serve.

- 600 g of carrots
- 150 g of black beans boiled
- 1 lemon
- 1 nut for stock
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Chopped parsley
- 25 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
