Chop cookies and mix with melted butter until dough. Roll it out at the base of a mold of 20 cm opening. previously lined with baking paper pressandolo with the help of a spoon or your fingers. Place it in the refrigerator.
Chop the white chocolate and melt in a double boiler until you get a creamy consistency.
Mix with spoon fresh cheese, mascarpone and whipped cream, add the white chocolate and pour the mixture into the mould based on cookies.
Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- 200 g mascarpone
- 120 g of biscuits
- 50 g butter
