Wild rice timbale with mushrooms
Instructions
01229 WILD RICE TIMBALE and mushrooms INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of mushrooms, 200 g of ham in a single slice, 200 g of wild rice, 200 g of tomato sauce, 2 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, oregano, thyme, dry white wine, olive oil, salt and pepper.
With a damp cloth to clean the mushrooms and remove the excess land.
Then cut them into pieces.
Keep aside.
Finely chop the onion and peel the garlic.
In a pan heat the oil and Brown the mushrooms for a few minutes; then remove them and, in the same saucepan, heat oil, onion.
Add the tomato puree and cook fresh focus for about 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms, diced ham and herbs, a clove of crushed garlic and white wine, cover and cook fresh focus again for about 10 minutes.
In a saucepan heat a bit of oil and fry the remaining garlic cloves to taste why become Golden.
Add the rice and toast it for good.
Pour 1/2 l water, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Come to a boil, cover and allow to simmer gently for 15 minutes, and finish cooking.
Then remove from heat, let stand for a few minutes.
Place the rice into small moulds previously oiled flan.
Let stand.
When serving, put the rice patties and accompanied with mushrooms.
