Wild garlic pesto

Pounded it all very calmly, or use the meat grinder.
The wild garlic pesto is great for any occasion: in an aperitif (consumed using breadsticks), as a starter in accompaniment to meats, pasta and accompaniment to meat dishes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of fresh leaves of wild garlic
- 100 g of almond
- 300 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 1 chilli (optional)
