Instructions
Carefully wash 200 g of fresh garlic and tritatelo.
Put the chopped in 75 cl red wine vinegar, add a teaspoon of salt and leave to macerate in the dark for 7 days.
Filter with paper and preserved then the vinegar obtained in a cool dark place.
Exceptional on raw vegetables, effective for health.
