Instructions
Choose a container and according to the latter's capacity to decide the amount of garlic for use in such a way that once filled the container, the percentage of space occupied by the garlic is roughly equal to 5% and the rest will be occupied by the vinegar.
Before using the vinegar will be well pass roughly a month (or more for containers with capacity greater than 1 litre) in such a way that the garlic gives its fragrance and flavor in vinegar.
At the time of use it is not necessary that the liquid to be filtered, just make sure you don't place pieces of garlic on foods with the help of vinegar with a small strainer.
Food pairings: meat, vegetables, mixed salads, marinated Zucchini with mint leaves.
