White truffle sandwich
Instructions
Melt the butter in a double boiler, add the lemon juice, water and chopped anchovies and truffles.
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous cream and spread it on 6 half slices of bread.
Cut the slices of ham in the same form of bread, place them on each slice and cover with the remaining bread.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 12 slices of bread (slices cut into triangle)
- 3 slices cooked ham
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of white truffles thinly sliced or mashed
- Few drops of lemon juice
