Instructions
Cut the Turkey Breast in thin strips, dip in flour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan with chopped onion and, when dried, pour into the strips of Turkey, causing them to Brown a little.
Sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate.
Sprinkle the meat with 1 glass of milk, salt, pepper and cook until the milk is absorbed, forming a thick and creamy sauce.
