Prepare the Pate brisée dough: put the flour in a bowl with 50 g of melted butter at room temperature and work by hand, add the lemon zest and 2 tablespoons sugar, then rest for half an hour and cover the pan.
Aside from mix 100 g of sugar, 2 eggs, chopped walnuts, the remaining 50 g of butter and milk, pour it into the Pan, place over whole kernels of nuts and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
