Garlic turkey
Instructions
Put the peeled garlic in the mixer with the bacon, 2 tablespoons oil, Rosemary and ground pepper.
Blending and with part of the picket the leg chopped Turkey.
Distribute the chopped meat left on before pouring with 1/2 cup of oil and macerate for 2 hours.
Then cook the Turkey for 1 and a half hours in the oven at 200 degrees by spraying with a little white wine.

- 1 turkey leg
- White wine
